Tried to join “MONEY FISH” but AlertPay keeps rejecting my card # which is perfectly good and perfectly FUNCTIONAL on ALL other Sites! ANY IDEAS?
Hi Judson … I did send you an email about this. Alert Pay is just a CRAPPY payment processor and lots of folks have problems with it. It’s not a function of MMFish … or your card (LOL) … it’s Alert Pay.
Two things I can suggest:
1) If you’re viewing the MMF signup page through a link that uses Frames … AP won’t like it and will refuse the payment. However, if you used the link on this blog page, that’s not the problem.
2) Write a quick email to “admin@mymoneyfish.com” and let them know what’s going on. They will fix it by doing it manually.

I received your comment this morning. First off … no changing sponsors. There’s no need. Besides, if what I tell you is worthwhile … it’s worth a lot more than the $2 a month that you changing sponsors woulde bring me … and the bad karma isn’t worth the two bucks.
I’m not positive I can help, because I don’t know your situation right now … but I’ll try.
First off … I have an OK sized downline in MMF. I have a few signups a week coming in on the program. However, I don’t look at the program at all as a true “business” … not in the sense of expecting it to make me a large income. I know that the sale page promotes it that way, and I don’t really like that … but I don’t think of it that way at all. I have other businesses that I promote that are much more serious, more long-term, and have proven track records.
MMF … to me … is a great source of Private Label Rights products. I don’t know how long you’ve been involved in Internet marketing or building your list online, but PLR products … usually used as giveaways … are vital to growing your mailing list. I always need things to give away … or to sell for 100% comission … and THAT is what MMF is. At $9.95 a month it’s a great deal in that respect. I used to be a member of another PLR source that had about about 1/2 the number of the same kind of things available and that program was $30 a month.
So … I use MMF as a tool … and I don’t expect to make a large income off of it. Pardon the expression … but it’s a little fish … LOL.
Now … all that said, yeah, I can help you build a downline in MMF … but I can’t wave any kind of magic wand here. As I said … I am getting consistant signups … and all of those are coming right off this page where you left your comment. I am NOT sending out my MMF affiliate site to mailing lists or safelists … I’m not advertising on PPC or anything like that. I’m marketing it the same way I market everything … by branding MYSELF first, using tools like the blog you visited … by making sure that blog is active … creating and posting new content all the time and distributing that content all over the web … like the MMF video … and letting people get to “know, like, and trust” ME first … then helping them whenever I can.
If you’re sending around your MMF affiliate site to traffic exchanges, list building sites, safelists, etc., and wondering why no one is joining, the answer is pretty simple: People don’t join programs … they join PEOPLE. Before you
can start to effectively build any kind of downline in anything … you need to set up a process where people can get to know YOU first.
So … the final answers here are two-fold: Yes, I can help you with this … No, I can’t give you any “quick-fix shortcut”.
Doing business online is the same as doing it anywhere else … it’s still all about people. So … if you’ve been trying to build your MMF downline by simply throwing your MMF affiliate site all over the web … it won’t work. You’ll get occasional sigups, but nothing consistant.
Have you signed into my mailing list and read that 6-part eCourse about personal branding online? If not … you probably should. What I would recommend is to set up a personal branding site that is the hub of your business … the first place people go to get to know YOU … THEN send them to your MMF site … your Money Site.
Let me recommend you watch this video … it’s actually on my web marketing services company site … and it’s directed at small businesses … but it illustrates perfectly this mistake most people make when they try to market online and it shows how the branding site fits into the scheme of things:

So … the way I recommend building ANY business online takes some thought first … some design of the entire thing and how it fits together … and then implimentation of the process. It’s not as simple as just signing up for a nice sounding program and then throwing your affiliate site around the web.
Sorry I can’t give you the instantaneous quick fix kind of answer … I’d rather tell you the truth. If you’d like help with setting up a process like I describe … just shout. It’s not that hard, it does take a bit of time and effort … but it’s actually vital to success online.
